My Story

I am taking on the Leeds Abbey Dash 10k for Age UK and raising money to support older people in Yorkshire and across the UK.

Age UK believes that no older person should have to struggle on their own. They provide vital information, support and friendship to those who need it, and who often have no one else to turn to when times get tough.

£10 could pay to answer 2 calls to our advice line from older people needing help, or £20 could help pay for a whole month of telephone friendship calls to a lonely older person.
