My Story

I am taking on the Leeds Abbey Dash 10k for Age UK and raising money to support older people in Yorkshire and across the UK.

Age UK believes that no older person should have to struggle on their own. They provide vital information, support and friendship to those who need it, and who often have no one else to turn to when times get tough.

This will be the first run i have done in 12 years after a major injury. i was unable to walk for 2 years and it is not about how long it takes me it about completeing it so please give what you can.

Been close to 15 stone this is a personal challenge for me and it will be in aid of a good cause.
