My Story

I can't run but at least it's for a good cause, so I'll try my best and work hard to train for this event. 

I'm taking on Age UK's Leeds Abbey Dash and raising money to help older people across the UK. 

Age UK do so much to support older people and many things that you may not be aware of.

They offer 24-hour Advice Line, friendship services and campaigning to name a few. 

Imagine going all week without speaking to another person. Sadly, that's the reality for thousands of older people across the UK. In today's society, too many older people feel discarded and forgotten. But with your support, Age UK can change things.  

Age UK is changing lives so every older person feels included and valued.  

So, help me reach my target, I really appreciate any support you can give,  so that Age UK can continue to be there and provide crucial support and services - today, tomorrow, and in the future. 

Also, feel free to meet me for a beer at the finish line when I need to replenish some much needed calories!
